The SD5560T Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C Dual 4K Hybrid Docking Station – 96W PD – Win/Mac is a universally compatible dock that offers comprehensive support for HDMI- and USB-C-based video, 96W Power Delivery, quick and efficient data transfer speeds, and horizontal and vertical placement options. This truly hybrid docking solution requires no drivers or downloads and works seamlessly across Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, or USB-C device types.

The dock supports up to two external displays (HDMI- and USB-C-based video) for Thunderbolt-based devices, delivering 4K Ultra HD (4096 x 2160 30-bit color @ 60 Hz) resolution. However, Macbook Air and Macbook Pro 13" models with the original M1 CPU will only be able to display to a single monitor due to Apple's chipset limitations. Macbook Pros with M1 & M2 Pro and M1 & M2 Max CPUs, on the other hand, will work with dual displays.

Connecting your laptop to the dock is straightforward – simply plug it into the Thunderbolt 3 port using the included .8 meter Intel Certified TB3 cable. To connect your dual displays, you can use the HDMI 2.0 port and the Thunderbolt 3 downstream port, with the necessary adapters or cables (not included).

The 170 Watt Power Supply delivers up to 100W of power to charge any Thunderbolt 3, Thunderbolt 4, or USB4 laptop, as well as providing additional power to run peripherals like hard drives, and for charging phones and tablets. The dock can be placed horizontally or vertically, depending on your preference.

In terms of connectivity, the SD5560T offers a comprehensive array of ports, including two front USB-C 3.2 Gen2 ports (one 5V/1.5A/10Gbps and one 9V/2.22A/10Gbps), four USB-A ports (one front 3.2 Gen2 5V/0.9A/10Gbps, three rear with two supporting 3.2 Gen1 5V/0.9A/5Gbps and one 3.2 Gen2 5V/0.9A/10Gbps), one Gigabit Ethernet port, one audio combo jack, an HDMI 2.0 port, and a Thunderbolt 3 downstream port (which, when used with USB-C Alt Mode laptops, is downgraded to USB 2.0 and does not support video or daisy chaining features).
